Shrimp in Guacamole Sauce

Cooking Method:
- Boil a pot of water with wine and salt (not in the ingredient). Add the shrimp and turn off the heat. Cut the lemon cut into six equal slices with angle.
- Cut the avocado into half and remove seed. Take out the flesh with a spoon. Finely chop the onion and grate the garlic.
- Add lemon juice, salt and pepper with the ingredient in step 2. Mix well to make the guacamole sauce.
- Put the mixture in step 3 to the heart cup. Place a shrimp and a lemon in each cup and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Decorate with little chervil in each cup and serve.
