Herb Grilled Squid
Crust Ingredients:

Cooking Method:
- Remove the internal organs, cartilage, skin of the squid and cut it in round slices with 1.5-2 cm thick.
- Chop the onion, paprika, Italian parsley and grate the garlic. Mix with capers.
- Mix well the seasonings
- Stuff the squid with the mixture in step 3 and put side by side in your 16cm Rectangular Dish in three circles. Add the olive oil over the tomatoes and place them around the squid.
- Bake for 20 minutes in the oven preheated to 180℃.
