Fried Spicy Korean Pork with Kimchi

Cooking Method:
- Heat oil in the Le Creuset TNS 30cm Buffet Casserole. Fry the onion and garlic over a medium heat.
- Add and stir-fry the sliced carrot. Then, add the sliced pork.
- Add white beech mushroom (or any mushrooms according to your preference) and konjac shreds. Add kimchi after the mushroom is cooked.
- Add soy sauce, sesame oil, spicy sauce and water. Stir-fry until the sauce dries up a bit.
- Sprinkle with spring onion, serve hot.
