Chicken and Chinese Sausages Rice

Cooking Method:
- Marinate the chicken for about 20 minutes.
- Put rice, water, Chinese preserved sausage and Chinese liver sausage into Le Creuset Round French Oven 18cm, bring it to boil over medium heat.
- Then cook over medium-low heat with lid on for 3-4 minutes. Turn off the heat, set aside with the lid on for about 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle the spring onion, then serve the dish hot with the pot.
Cooking Tips:
- Le Creuset cast iron casseroles distributes heat evenly and good in heat retention, which can make boiled rice easily in just 20 minutes, and even cook for another 2-3 minutes to make scorched rice.
